GENERAL CONDITIONS

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE TRAVELLING

CHECK-IN y ANDEAN CROSSING TICKET delivery

1. Check-in must be done in person. The passenger shall bring all the travel documents required to enter the country.
2. The check-in can be done from 48 hours before the date of travel at 09:00 hrs. up to the day before the trip at 17:00 hrs in the local offices. The information requested by Migrations of each country will be then confirmed and the Andean Crossing ticket will be delivered.

3. If the passenger cannot attend in person, he must send a scanned copy of the passport or travel document to the local Andean Crossing Office according to his/her travel origin:
      o When the trip begins in Puerto Varas: checkinchile@cruceandino.com
      o When the trip begins in Bariloche: checkinargentina@cruceandino.com
4. According to Immigration Provisions, passengers who have not done the check-in in presence or have not sent the information required online will not be allowed to travel.

REQUIRED INFORMATION

- The reservation must specify the origin of the trip and if it is a one or two days' travel.
- Full name and surname (exactly as indicated in travel document)
- Birthdate
- Nationality
- Employment
- Type and number of travel document (same used to enter the country)
- Country of residence

TRIP CONDITIONS

- The rate does not include port, migratory and/or National Parks fees.
      o Boarding taxes in Puerto Pañuelo, Nahuel Huapi National Park - in the section Bariloche/ Puerto Varas: US$3.5 | AR$50 payable only in cash **
      o Admission to the Falls of Petrohué aprox. US$5 **
- The Company reserves the right to modify all published rates as well as departure dates without prior notice.
- Arrival time is referential, as it depends on the number of passengers and the season of the year.

CYCLISTS RATES

- The Andean Crossing Bike&Boat program considers only the lake stretches of the trip. The land sections shall be done by bicycle.
- Each passenger must have their own bicycle and must be at Puerto Pañuelo, Bariloche or at Petrohué, Puerto Varas, at least 30 minutes before the departure of the boat.

MINORS' POLICIES

- 0 to 2 years: released, with no right to seat.
- 3 to 11 years: 50% rate.
- 12 years and over: 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Up to 11 continuous days before departure, 100% refund.
- 10 continuous days before departure, 50% refund.
- Between 9 and 1 day before departure, there is no refund.

DISCOUNT IN RETURN POLICY

- All rates have a 50% discount in the return, except for residents' rates (Chile or Argentina), which are return-released.

LUGGAGE

- Luggage will be tagged and received or delivered next to the transportation method. Andean Crossing will be in charge of luggage during the entire journey and while under transportation. It is important to emphasize that passengers will not have access to the luggage during the crossing.
- Hand luggage is the responsibility of each passenger.
- Damaged luggage: In case of deterioration or loss of luggage at any point of Andean Crossing, passengers shall inform our tour guides and complete the special form for luggage. This statement must be done during the trip or upon arrival at one of the terminals. Otherwise, the company will not be liable for any damaged luggage once delivered and tag is removed. Responsibilities are limited to baggage, as their contents are not stated.

FORCE MAJEURE

- Andean Crossing may delay, cancel or modify the trip for reasons of force majeure, safety, meteorological phenomena or other similar events. In such circumstances, the company will not be liable if all necessary measures to avoid the event causing the delay or cancellation are proven to be taken.
- Passengers will have the following options:
      1. Change the trip for the next day only if it is in full operation.
      2. If the passenger cannot change the date, he/she can make the tour by land via Paso Cardenal Samoré with a lunch included. This option does not consider the refund of the fee.
      3. If the passenger does not want to take any of the two first options, he/she is entitled to the 100% refund of the fee and the cancellation of the Andean Crossing service.
