1. Check-in must be done in person. The passenger shall bring all the travel documents required to enter the country. |
REQUIRED INFORMATION |
- The reservation must specify the origin of the trip and if it is a one or two days' travel. |
TRIP CONDITIONS |
- The rate does not include port, migratory and/or National Parks fees. |
CYCLISTS RATES |
- The Andean Crossing Bike&Boat program considers only the lake stretches of the trip. The land sections shall be done by bicycle. |
MINORS' POLICIES |
- 0 to 2 years: released, with no right to seat. |
CANCELLATION POLICY |
- Up to 11 continuous days before departure, 100% refund. |
DISCOUNT IN RETURN POLICY |
- All rates have a 50% discount in the return, except for residents' rates (Chile or Argentina), which are return-released. |
LUGGAGE |
- Luggage will be tagged and received or delivered next to the transportation method. Andean Crossing will be in charge of luggage during the entire journey and while under transportation. It is important to emphasize that passengers will not have access to the luggage during the crossing. |
FORCE MAJEURE |
- Andean Crossing may delay, cancel or modify the trip for reasons of force majeure, safety, meteorological phenomena or other similar events. In such circumstances, the company will not be liable if all necessary measures to avoid the event causing the delay or cancellation are proven to be taken. |
