CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation by the passenger at least 48 hours prior to the start of the service, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, less administrative and transaction fees.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. The estimated processing time is between 15 and 30 business days, depending on the timelines of the corresponding financial institutions.

CHANGE POLICY

One change is permitted free of charge, subject to availability on the new selected date.

If more than one change is requested, an additional fee of USD 25 will apply for each modified ticket.

Extra Luggage

Passengers traveling with additional luggage or luggage exceeding the permitted weight or quantity must pay an additional fee of USD 40, payable at check-in.
