Check-in must be done in person and passengers must bring all travel documents required to cross the border. Or can be made by the local operator or group manager with the photocopy of the passenger's travel document.

The check-in can be made 48 hrs before the date of travel, at 09:00 hrs. - 17:00 hrs. before the day of travel at our local offices. The requested data will be corroborated as required by the Migration Department of each country and Andean Crossing ticket will be issued.

If passengers cannot appear in person for check-in must email a scanned copy of their passport or travel document to the Cruce Andino office where their trip is starting:

In accordance with immigration rules, passengers who have not checked in in person or emailed a scanned copy of the travel document will not be allowed to travel.


  • The reservation must specify the starting point of the trip and if it's a one-day, two-day.
  • Full name (exactly as it appears in the travel document).
  • Birthday.
  • Nationality.
  • Type and number of travel document (same document used to enter the country).
  • Country of residence.


  • Rack rate per person, expressed in US dollars.
  • Groups over 15 passengers are released only one tour leader, 15 + 1 or 35+1.
  • Groups of 36 passengers are made to measure.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify the rates and dates of departures published in the brochure, without prior notice.
  • The arrival time is referential, since it depends on the number of passengers and season of the year.

  • 0 to 2 years: free but with no right to a seat.
  • 2 to 11 years: 50% of adult cost.
  • 12 years and over: 100% of adult cost.

  • The rates with accommodation include 1 night at Natura Hotel or Puerto Blest Hotel in a standard room. Breakfast.
  • The rates with accommodation round trip, includes just one night at the selected hotel and only one section.

  • Accommodation on single basis corresponds to 1 passenger I accommodation on double basis corresponds to 2 passengers I accommodation on triple basis corresponds to 3 passengers.


  • Cruce Andino - Bike&Boat includes just lakes sections.
  • The land sections must be carried out by the passenger on his bicycle.
  • The suggested season is between September to April.
  • Maximum amount per group: 20 cyclists.
  • Each passenger must have their own bicycle and must appear in Puerto Pañuelo - Bariloche or in Puerto Petrohué - Chile, 30 minutes before the departure of the boat.
  • Does not include luggage transfer (suitcases, saddlebags), or support vehicle on Villa Peulla > Puerto Frías section, if required, consult price.


  • Up to 16 days before departure corresponds 100% refund.
  • Between 15 and 8 days before departure corresponds 50% refund.
  • Up to 7 day before departure there is no refund.


  • Passengers' luggage in all cases will be received or delivered together with the means of transportation, allowing one piece of 23kgs free of charge.
  • In case of having extra luggage, it must be indicated at check-in and an extra charge of US$25 must be paid for each additional bag or if it exceeds 23kgs.
  • This will be tagged and will be in charge of Andean Crossing throughout the journey.
  • Passengers who do not have access to luggage during the crossing.
  • Luggage is delivered at the beginning of the trip and is returned at destination; so, all travel documents must be carried as hand luggage.
  • Hand luggage is the responsibility of each passenger.
  • Damaged luggage: In the event that the passenger suffers any type of deterioration or loss of their luggage, they must record on the special form, this declaration must be made upon arrival at any of the terminals. Otherwise, the company is not responsible for damaged luggage once the label is delivered and removed.
  • Responsibilities are limited to luggage, as long as their contents are not declared.
  • Compensation for damage or loss of baggage during the trip: US$70.


  • Cruce Andino may delay, cancel or modify the trip for reasons of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances), safety, weather or similar events.
  • In such circumstances, the company will not be liable if all necessary measures to avoid the event causing the delay or cancellation are proven to be taken.
  • Passengers have the following options:
    1. Change the trip for the next day, but only if it is in full operation.
    2. If the passenger cannot change their date of travel, they can make the Andes through the Cardenal Samore border crossing (lunch included). This option does not include refund.
    3. If passengers don’t want to undertake the two first options, they can cancel the Cruce Andino service and receive a 100% refund.
    4. The Company is not responsable for the cost of accommodation, meals, fly tickets, in these extraordinary circumstances.
